• HOW TO MAKING ICE CREAM: Place the kitchen aid ice cream in the freezer at -24° for 2 days in advance , attach the drive assembly to the mixer, turn on the power and set it to 4-6 speeds, start the stand mixer, then pour the ice cream mixture into the freezer bowl. After 30 minutes, you will have thick and creamy homemade ice cream. NOTE: Be sure to start the mixer before pouring the ice cream, otherwise the drive assembly will freeze and break. Do not stop mixing until the ice cream is formed.
